Week 30
Now I’m fully vaccinated against the world’s best known virus, I decided to go outside for a walk and experience the sights and sounds of the local area a bit more.
The weather was basically perfect. Mid-20s and sunny, but not so hot that walking was a chore.
I couldn’t use the path above, however. I wasn’t a bicycle, nor a child, and I left my dress at home.

All photos taken with one of my favourite focal lengths of 35mm, which somehow feels somewhat tight these days after lots of 28 and 24mm shooting in recent years.
I walked in almost a straight line from the apartment to the Münster in the centre of the old town, and kept walking.
I ended up walking up Schlossberg and seeing the Schlossberg Tower up close for the first time.
Climbing the tower gives quite a view of the city, almost making the cathedral seem small. I was able to see our apartment from up here.
